Arnulfo Eduino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Sportivo Italiano's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Bikendi came free, but Guaberto Totakoxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pastor Cordero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Berdoi having to interfere. If Cleto Raebert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Berdoi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pastor Cordero went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Arnulfo Eduino kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Pastor Cordero might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simon Berdoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pastor Cordero ran back to his position shaking his head. Cleto Raebert did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Simon Berdoi 29 minutes into the match. Simon Berdoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Ursino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cleto Raebert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cleto Raebert might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simon Berdoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cleto Raebert ran back to his position shaking his head. Augusto Lorencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Totakoxe having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pastor Cordero got free with Simon Berdoi in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Augusto Lorencio to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Angostaco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Bikendi to maneuver through the defense. Lisandro Goiz hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Cleto Raebert's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simon Berdoi was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. In the 88th minute, Bonifacio Perico made a precise shot to the right of Simon Berdoi. Angostaco's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After having played for 94 minutes, Cleto Raebert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Italiano's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
