In the 14th match minute, Hasenkamp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guaberto Meder to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Sportivo RivadaviaVT's Lázaro Fertus slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Serafino Turi. That made the score 1-1 after 41 minutes of play.

The wind increased when Nemesio Quintana made the kick off in the second half. If Sixto Gorka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sylwester Dunajski during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sylwester Dunajski hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Rodrigo Prejun's late challenge caught a Club Sportivo RivadaviaVT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Serafino Turi came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Sportivo RivadaviaVT's Hipolito Oinaz. But to his dismay, Hipolito Oinaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Maximino Cugat's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Elpidio Oskarbi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Club Sportivo RivadaviaVT's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
