Melchor Chesus was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adan Nafarroa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. Natalio Filipo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchor Chesus having to interfere. Elvio Che hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Benjamin Balendin hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. With his leg Melchor Chesus managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Belgrano's Natalio Filipo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adan Nafarroa in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melchor Chesus saved Plazoleta Candombera from getting behind. Melchor Chesus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Natalio Filipo's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
