When Candido Berdaitz fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lehmann's protests and gave Candido Berdaitz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 14th minute, Candido Berdaitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Lehmann's Niceto Jordy got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 24th minute, Angelino Magdaleno made a precise shot to the right of Prudencio Eutropio. Maradroga FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Ariel Guter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Ascencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. But to his dismay, Candido Berdaitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Maradroga FC's Prudencio Eutropio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Magdaleno in the 61st minute of play. Prudencio Eutropio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Berdaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maradroga FC's Danilo Izotz got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 68 minutes of play, Maradroga FC's Danilo Izotz made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ariel Guter was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Danilo Izotz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ariel Guter was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Angelino Magdaleno charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelino Magdaleno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Maradroga FC booed when Lehmann was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelino Magdaleno didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Lehmann players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
