Spectators: 7144 (Terracing: 5359, Seating: 1643, VIP seats: 142) Teobaldo Duardo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute Sixto Jerrald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Escobar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th match minute, Travesía FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Gaztea to maneuver through the defense. If Sixto Jerrald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 14 minutes of play, Dudignac's Baldomero Felo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Braulio Escobar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sixto Jerrald struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Braulio Escobar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dudignac. Dudignac's Benicio Izquierdo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Dudignac from getting a goal against them. Sixto Jerrald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Braulio Escobar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Travesía FC's zone, Hugo Txurio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Braulio Escobar came out of the goal and Hugo Txurio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rogelio Baumar's late challenge caught a Dudignac's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rogelio Baumar helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Travesía FC defense, Hugo Txurio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Braulio Escobar. The Travesía FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Braulio Escobar should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sixto Jerrald made a kick off. Sixto Jerrald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dudignac's Benicio Izquierdo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Berto in the 63rd minute of play. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Dudignac's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ciriaco Berto was slow to take the kick. During this time Travesía FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 68th minute, Angelino Boniel fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 69 played minutes Hugo Txurio rounded Travesía FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. When Teobaldo Duardo fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Travesía FC's protests and gave Teobaldo Duardo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Dudignac booed when Travesía FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Duardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Sixto Jerrald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Sixto Jerrald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
