Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Apolo Peruanton made the kick off which started today's match. With a little luck, Vilmer's Timoteo Itzaina got control of the ball when Apolo Peruanton tried to sneak it across the goal line. Timoteo Itzaina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Serafo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roque Haritzeder charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roque Haritzeder the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Timoteo Itzaina successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Apolo Peruanton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Timoteo Itzaina made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafim Quirino in the 16th minute of play forced Malota's goalkeeper Fernando Gartzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Gartzi came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Vilmer's Serafim Quirino. But to his dismay, Serafim Quirino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Apolo Peruanton got free with Timoteo Itzaina in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Martin Erlantz hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Vilmer's Timoteo Itzaina got control of the ball when Apolo Peruanton tried to sneak it across the goal line. Severino Velasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of Malota:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vilmer:s goal. 34 minutes into the game, Malota's Apolo Peruanton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timoteo Itzaina made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The supporters of Vilmer booed when Malota was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Peruanton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernando Gartzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Rameriz in the 42nd minute of the match. Timoteo Itzaina came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Malota's Davut Sönmez. But to his dismay, Davut Sönmez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Serafim Quirino made a kick off. Vilmer's Timoteo Itzaina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Peruanton in the 53rd minute of play. Timoteo Itzaina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Peruanton, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Timoteo Itzaina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Apolo Peruanton went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Timoteo Itzaina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Serafo in the 66th minute of play. Timoteo Itzaina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Peruanton, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After some careless play in the Vilmer defense, Denis Corderall kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Timoteo Itzaina. The Vilmer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Timoteo Itzaina should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Veto in the 74th minute of play forced Vilmer's goalkeeper Timoteo Itzaina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sergio Veto came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Malota fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Veto couldn't finish the play. Timoteo Itzaina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Peruanton, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute.
