Ubaldo Weterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generoso Manni, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Zachary Hajto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Isaac Hermelando made a huge save. The supporters of Florentino booed when Alfi Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edelmiro Porfirio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Florentino's Delmiro Quinto got a free kick in the 47th minute. The Florentino players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Alfi Club were winning 0-4.

57 minutes into the match, Alfonso Azevedo notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Florentino's Ubaldo Weterio. Ubaldo Weterio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Generoso Manni got free with Ubaldo Weterio in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ubaldo Weterio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfonso Azevedo in the 88th minute. In the 95th minute Arturo Lizardi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Weterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfi Club played a much better game than Florentino and deserved their victory. The Florentino players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
