Spectators: 6632 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1632, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Filiberto Pagomari started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Barburín's Israel Garoa got a free kick in the 4th minute. Ezequiel Pietro's late challenge caught a Barburín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ezequiel Pietro helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes Tapas FC got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Pietro. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elias Telo in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raul Froila prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Tapas FC's zone, Bernabe Isadore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusebio Erlantz came out of the goal and Bernabe Isadore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th match minute, Tapas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Mitxel to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Elias Telo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Raul Froila. The goal made the score 1-1. 25 minutes into the match, Filiberto Pagomari notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Tapas FC's Eusebio Erlantz. Eusebio Erlantz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tapas FC were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Barburín's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rodolfo Corderun took the corner. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Atilano Urtsin during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Ricart got free with Raul Froila in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 44 minutes into the match, Tapas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Pagomari came free, but Eusebio Erlantz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Bernardo Iratze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A collision led to Barburín getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Filiberto Pagomari hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Elias Telo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raul Froila was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Elias Telo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raul Froila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Barburín's Bernabe Isadore nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eusebio Erlantz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. In the 68th minute, Ezequiel Pietro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eusebio Erlantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filiberto Pagomari in the 71st minute of play. With a little luck, Tapas FC's Eusebio Erlantz got control of the ball when Bernabe Isadore tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 79 played minutes Tapas FC got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Pietro. Filiberto Pagomari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Eusebio Erlantz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Barburín booed when Tapas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Abarca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raul Froila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Telo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After 93 played minutes Barburín got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Pagomari. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Barburín had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
