The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Dario Godoy managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Ancla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dario Godoy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Bizen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of CAFC MIDLAND booed when El Ancla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ubaldo Oliverios didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emanuel Tonete hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Carmelo Sandalio kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Pascual Orain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bacary Véga, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Adriano Jacinto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Eduardo Bizen made a huge save. Eduardo Bizen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Haroldo Araoz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. A hard shot 29 in the game by Haroldo Araoz from a close distance when the talented Eduardo Bizen managed to make a qualified save. CAFC MIDLAND's players were relieved. 30 minutes into the match, CAFC MIDLAND's goalkeeper Eduardo Bizen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adriano Jacinto. In the 33rd match minute, CAFC MIDLAND was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Tepper to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Gerazan lost his temper 36 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of CAFC MIDLAND:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of El Ancla FC:s goal. Sebastian Tepper's late challenge caught a El Ancla FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Tepper helped the player get up and apologised. After 41 played minutes CAFC MIDLAND got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Tepper. Eduardo Bizen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Godoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduardo Bizen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Godoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Adriano Jacinto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eduardo Bizen having to make a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

If Dario Godoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduardo Bizen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Godoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 played minutes CAFC MIDLAND got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Sandalio. 62 minutes into the match, CAFC MIDLAND's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Bermund came free, but Eduardo Bizen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute Haroldo Araoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Bizen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Godoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Eduardo Bizen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eduardo Bizen came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by El Ancla FC's Adriano Jacinto. But to his dismay, Adriano Jacinto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. A collision led to El Ancla FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Mauro Eufrasio hit a great ball. After 78 played minutes CAFC MIDLAND got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Sandalio. In a very dangerous position, a player in CAFC MIDLAND fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! El Ancla FC's Pascual Orain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bacary Véga in the 90th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the El Ancla FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
