Freddy Duardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Tobaczewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 12 minutes in the game, Robert Tobaczewski dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Silvio Sabin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Roberto Paulin made a huge save. In the 17th minute Robert Tobaczewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Duardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Tobaczewski scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Freddy Duardo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Urtun Mera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Freddy Duardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Israel Chesus to make the kick off. If Urtun Mera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Robert Tobaczewski fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Roberto Paulin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvio Sabin in the 64th minute of the match.
