With an all-out effort, SAN LORENZO DE METAN's Romeo Aurken threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amado Santos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of SAN LORENZO DE METAN booed when CAHEN GG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Silbestre didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute, Jonatan Cordaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. CAHEN GG's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SAN LORENZO DE METAN the free kick. Flavio Steven hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. If Gaston Nevada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when SAN LORENZO DE METAN's Amado Santos in the 38th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Romeo Aurken was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for CAHEN GG through an amazing save. In the 40th minute Bernardo Diegotxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Giro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Amado Santos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Romeo Aurken. That made the score 3-0 in the 48 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Gaston Nevada made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, CAHEN GG's Gaston Nevada nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rogelio Giro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Raimundo Elazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO DE METAN's goalkeeper Rogelio Giro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pastor Sesuldo. Rogelio Giro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Diegotxe in the 64th minute of play. After a rather tough play, CAHEN GG's Bernardo Diegotxe got a free kick in the 92nd minute. SAN LORENZO DE METAN were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
