In the 13thth minute of the game Hipolito Chico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CAT's Leopoldo Loiola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 20th minute Delmiro Donio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Loiola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Donio in the 22nd minute of play forced CAT's goalkeeper Leopoldo Loiola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to CAT getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Alberto Cardoso hit a great ball.
