Cóndorhuasi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fidel Ferrando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Jairo Chayo took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Marco Vedillo to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Neto in the 24th minute of play forced Cóndorhuasi FC's goalkeeper Angelino Lano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
