Lorenzo Gurutz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 9th minute, Uriel Demesio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lorenzo Gurutz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 15 minutes into the match, Werner Sluis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gaston Pirmin, 1-2. Roberto Gotzon hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Lorenzo Gurutz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Enaut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Enaut scored 1-3 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lorenzo Gurutz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Cipolletti R.N's Christian Enaut got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 39th minute, Cipolletti R.N's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Melchor Ordono fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Lorenzo Gurutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Demesio in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Uriel Demesio was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Melchor Ordono got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Melchor Ordono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Gaston Pirmin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Independiente's Werner Sluis got a free kick in the 57th minute. Werner Sluis scored 2-3 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gaston Pirmin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ulises Ritchie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Gurutz having to interfere. After some careless play in the Cipolletti R.N defense, Renos Kalogiannis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaston Pirmin. The Cipolletti R.N fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaston Pirmin should have stopped the shot. Gaston Pirmin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Telmo in the 73rd minute of the match. Gaston Pirmin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Werner Sluis in the 74th minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Werner Sluis notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Cipolletti R.N's Gaston Pirmin. Gaston Pirmin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gaston Pirmin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Werner Sluis's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Gaston Pirmin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Werner Sluis, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Melchor Ordono struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Gaston Pirmin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Independiente. The supporters of Cipolletti R.N booed when Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melchor Ordono didn't get a good kick on the ball. Independiente's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
