In the 22nd minute Dalmacio Richie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Oroitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Guilabertus hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Eriberto Mattin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eriberto Mattin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charlie Aldridge in the 41st minute of play. Esteve Oroitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Guilabertus, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Haroldo Ekain to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes ACADEMIA FC got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Ekain. A collision led to Oliva AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Cleto Etxepare hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Oliva AFC's goalkeeper Esteve Oroitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julio Guilabertus. In the 63rd minute Dalmacio Richie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Oroitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Guilabertus scored 2-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Esteve Oroitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Esteve Oroitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Ekain in the 71st minute of the match. Adrian Tulio took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esteve Oroitz. Esteve Oroitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 77 minutes into the match, Oliva AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Ekain came free, but Esteve Oroitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Tulio charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrian Tulio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd minute, Adrian Tulio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Charlie Aldridge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Mattin having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Oliva AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 85th minute. Penalty! Oliva AFC:s Esteve Oroitz showed great skill when he stopped Dalmacio Richie:s penalty. 86 minutes into the game, ACADEMIA FC's Dalmacio Richie nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Esteve Oroitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Haroldo Ekain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Oroitz having to interfere.
