Constantino Rios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Bladi having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, C.A Chavon Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Vaggelis Milonopoulos came free, but Osvaldo Aritza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 36 minutes into the game, when Luisito Veto put in a rough tackle. Osvaldo Aritza went to the wrong direction when Paolo Hitzeder was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Vaggelis Milonopoulos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 45 minutes, Vaggelis Milonopoulos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Sangre y Sudor and the C.A Chavon Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Vaggelis Milonopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 47 minutes, 姚桑诚 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Sangre y Sudor's supporters crossed their fingers, but 姚桑诚 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Osvaldo Aritza came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Sangre y Sudor's Vaggelis Milonopoulos. But to his dismay, Vaggelis Milonopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in C.A Chavon Juniors's zone, Vaggelis Milonopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvaldo Aritza came out of the goal and Vaggelis Milonopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Sangre y Sudor's Hugo Gelacio got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 68th match minute, Deportivo Sangre y Sudor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Gelacio to maneuver through the defense. Tomás Bladi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Iliana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of C.A Chavon Juniors booed when Deportivo Sangre y Sudor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Fero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruben Araoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Aritza having to interfere. In the 90th match minute, Deportivo Sangre y Sudor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Araoz to maneuver through the defense. Asaf Baran kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Asaf Baran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomás Bladi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. In the 93rd minute, 姚桑诚 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Deportivo Sangre y Sudor eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
