Elite's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pareditas the free kick. Dario Iban might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hector Lamberto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dario Iban ran back to his position shaking his head. Arturo Seber charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arturo Seber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Pareditas's Arturo Seber got a free kick in the 26th minute. After having played for 29 minutes, Marciano Tuste managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulino Ler to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Pareditas's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Ler came free, but Benigno Fix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benigno Fix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Dubardo in the 55th minute of play. Benigno Fix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Ler in the 69th minute of the match. After 75 minutes, Fabio Llanos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elite and the Pareditas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 75 played minutes Elite got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Llanos. When Godfredo Joseph fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elite's protests and gave Godfredo Joseph a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th match minute, Elite was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godfredo Joseph to maneuver through the defense. 92 minutes into the match, Pareditas's Arturo Seber broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Jonathan Gau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Lamberto having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pareditas had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
