Basilio Claude recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Urbano Veto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Bruno Ladio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basilio Claude in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Ladio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Estudiantes's Bruno Ladio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Loramendi in the 19th minute of play. Arturo Txomin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Figueroa having to interfere. Estudiantes were furious when Walmir Nascimento was red carded, 24 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Walmir Nascimento hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Huracan Las Heras's Basilio Claude got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruno Ladio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Loramendi in the 31st minute of the match. Zacarias Bastia hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Estudiantes defense, Clodoveo Jusepe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Ladio. The Estudiantes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Ladio should have stopped the shot. Fulgencio Bernebe scored 0-3 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Ladio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Arturo Txomin made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Basilio Claude in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Ladio saved Estudiantes from getting behind. 55 minutes into the game, Basilio Claude lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Bruno Ladio. Fulgencio Bernebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Bruno Ladio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Huracan Las Heras's Basilio Claude in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urbano Veto couldn't finish the play. Felipe Loramendi kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute Arturo Txomin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Figueroa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 75 minutes, Basilio Claude managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huracan Las Heras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basilio Claude was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruno Ladio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Basilio Claude in the 78th minute. If Urbano Veto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Bruno Ladio managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Huracan Las Heras's Basilio Claude fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ricardo Romo got a throw-in 88 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Donato Iraido. A hard shot 92 in the game by Basilio Claude from a close distance when the talented Bruno Ladio managed to make a qualified save. Estudiantes's players were relieved. Bruno Ladio came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Huracan Las Heras's Basilio Claude. But to his dismay, Basilio Claude quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Huracan Las Heras played a much better game than Estudiantes and deserved their victory. The Estudiantes players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
