Eustaquio Salvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cayetano Polentzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Enol read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Isidro Vela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 16 minutes into the match, Cayetano Polentzi notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lanús's Benito Enol. Benito Enol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 21st minute, Adan Froylan made a precise shot to the right of Isaias Hitzeder. Carrizalito AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 26 minutes of play, Carrizalito AFC's Victorio Fonda made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Enol was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tiburcio Loreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Isaias Hitzeder made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustaquio Salvino in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Enol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victorio Fonda might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Enol. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victorio Fonda ran back to his position shaking his head. Eustaquio Salvino struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Benito Enol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carrizalito AFC. Isaias Hitzeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Vela in the 45th minute of the match. Victorio Fonda took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Enol. Benito Enol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After the first half Carrizalito AFC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isidro Vela made a kick off. Victor Kelemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Enol having to interfere. Alejo Cordarrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the game, Tiburcio Loreto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lanús's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carrizalito AFC the free kick. In the 61st minute, Eduardo Jerano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isaias Hitzeder came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lanús's Isidro Vela. But to his dismay, Isidro Vela quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Victorio Fonda scored 2-4 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Enol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Froylan in the 78th minute of play forced Carrizalito AFC's goalkeeper Isaias Hitzeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Lanús booed when Carrizalito AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Kelemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Enol acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 83rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Cleto Frans. 86 minutes into the match, Lanús's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Polentzi came free, but Benito Enol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eustaquio Salvino struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Benito Enol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carrizalito AFC. Lanús's Tiburcio Loreto got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Tiburcio Loreto off the ground. In the 89th minute, Tiburcio Loreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Braulio Cisco kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Carrizalito AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
