In the 16th minute, Prospero Cordarryl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sportivo Nitrogeno O7's Abelardo Lugo got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Abelardo Lugo came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Sportivo Nitrogeno O7 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Lugo couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the game, Sportivo Nitrogeno O7's Carlos Nofre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alfonso Santio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Carlos Nofre struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. The throw-in from Igor Vasco in the 42nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sportivo Nitrogeno O7's Bernardino Gaueko. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

In the 52nd minute, Bernardino Gaueko reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfonso Santio. The goal made the score 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serafino Todor during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 56 played minutes Brugo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Serafino Todor. Abelardo Lugos short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Alfonso Santio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 58 minutes into the game, Abelardo Lugo lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Alfonso Santio. After a rather tough play, Brugo AFC's Aquilino Jerrald got a free kick in the 64th minute. Hilario Astigar's late challenge caught a Sportivo Nitrogeno O7's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hilario Astigar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sportivo Nitrogeno O7 booed when Brugo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Astigar didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Abelardo Lugo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Sportivo Nitrogeno O7's Abelardo Lugo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alfonso Santio. That made the score 0-5 after 71 minutes of play. A hard shot 76 in the game by Abelardo Lugo from a close distance when the talented Alfonso Santio managed to make a qualified save. Brugo AFC's players were relieved. Abelardo Lugo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sportivo Nitrogeno O7's Carlos Nofre got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfonso Santio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abelardo Lugo went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score.
