After 29 minutes of play, Palito De La Selva's Salvador Bartuelo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octavio Bixintxo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ciro Romano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Perdido FC's Jeremias Pedroso got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ciro Romano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Romano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Enrique Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Bartuelo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Salvador Bartuelo to strike the kick off in the second half. Enrique Barros didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Perdido FC's Jeremias Pedroso shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 57th minute, Jeremias Pedroso fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience was convinced that Pedro Tximitx's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Octavio Bixintxo was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 63rd minute Ciro Romano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A very good chance for a goal. Ciro Romano might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enrique Barros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ciro Romano ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 94 minutes, Jeremias Pedroso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perdido FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeremias Pedroso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enrique Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Romano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baldomero Roland's late challenge caught a Perdido FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baldomero Roland helped the player get up and apologised. Baldomero Roland kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match.
