Gilberto Inko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Sugoi in the 14th minute of the match. Gilberto Inko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximino Lope in the 15th minute. After having played for 17 minutes, Victor Oso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arsenal de Cachiba F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Oso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucjan Lagiewniki in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Froilan Serapio saved Arsenal de Cachiba F.C from getting behind. 29 minutes into the game, Hugo Gabon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Froilan Serapio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Hugo Gabon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Froilan Serapio was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Lucjan Lagiewniki kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Tucumán FC's Gilberto Inko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Lope in the 45th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elias Elodio during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Arsenal de Cachiba F.C's Elias Elodio got a free kick in the 46th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Xie Yang Zheng managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tucumán FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Xie Yang Zheng was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Froilan Serapio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Tucumán FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victor Oso made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Oso in the 53rd minute of play forced Tucumán FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Inko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute Maximino Lope shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Inko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Benigno Olo came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Tucumán FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benigno Olo couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Gabon got free with Froilan Serapio in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucjan Lagiewniki hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Arsenal de Cachiba F.C's Froilan Serapio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Gabon in the 78th minute of play. The corner led to Tucumán FC's Froilan Tallia getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Froilan Serapio made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Hugo Gabon sent off a good shot on target. 87 minutes into the match, Tucumán FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Oso came free, but Gilberto Inko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Tucumán FC booed when Arsenal de Cachiba F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Sugoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tucumán FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
