The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Ahmet Haşim Yağmurdereli came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Tapalqué fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Haşim Yağmurdereli couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Tabossi AFC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Martin Eneto hit a great ball. After 26 minutes, Eulalio Bernaldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tapalqué and the Tabossi AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Tabossi AFC booed when Tapalqué was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Bernaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Tabossi AFC's Gaston Bertol got a free kick in the 28th minute. Mario Rojelio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Haşim Yağmurdereli went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Saturnino Celino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Eneto in the 41st minute. If Ahmet Haşim Yağmurdereli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norberto Raitin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Mario Rojelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Haşim Yağmurdereli was the one to do the kick off. Saturnino Celino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Iruinea, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Gilberto Iruinea took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saturnino Celino. Saturnino Celino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaston Bertol in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saturnino Celino saved Tapalqué from getting behind. Saturnino Celino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Iruinea, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After a rather tough play, Tabossi AFC's Aquilino Blai got a free kick in the 85th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Tabossi AFC's goalkeeper Mario Rojelio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Haşim Yağmurdereli. 95 minutes into the game, Martin Eneto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Saturnino Celino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tabossi AFC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
