Spectators: 6781 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1640, VIP seats: 141) 3 minutes into the match, Tambillos's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Sabin came free, but Humberto Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Cresconio in the 5th minute of play forced Intoxicados FC's goalkeeper Arnoldo Elixio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Jairo Gaizkine managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tambillos's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Gaizkine was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Elixio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Severo Cresconio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Arnoldo Elixio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Intoxicados FC got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Crescencio. Severo Cresconio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Elixio having to interfere. Arnoldo Elixio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgard Abajas's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. When Tambillos's Edgard Abajas in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Intoxicados FC's goalie prevented a goal. Christian Mederi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arnoldo Elixio. Intoxicados FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Edgard Abajas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Tambillos fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Tambillos's Edgard Abajas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Tambillos getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Edgard Abajas hit a great ball. If Edgard Abajas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edgard Abajas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Elixio having to interfere. If Severo Cresconio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pablo Crescencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48thth minute of the game Edgard Abajas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Intoxicados FC's Arnoldo Elixio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Emilio Sabin made the kick off in the second half. If Edgard Abajas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tambillos made a substitution. Fidel Chesus replaced Jairo Gaizkine. Guido Senin took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Kiliz. Humberto Kiliz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Tambillos's Eduardo Calixto was substituted for Edgard Abajas. Arnoldo Elixio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Calixto, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. When Luisito Txomin came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Tambillos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luisito Txomin couldn't finish the play. Eduardo Calixto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eduardo Calixto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Arnoldo Elixio made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Intoxicados FC's zone, Fidel Chesus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnoldo Elixio came out of the goal and Fidel Chesus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 80 minutes, Eduardo Calixto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tambillos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Calixto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tambillos's Severo Cresconio got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arnoldo Elixio stood somewhat misplaced when Eduardo Calixto came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 82 minute. Tambillos's Fidel Chesus got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Eduardo Calixto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tambillos played a much better game than Intoxicados FC and deserved their victory. The Intoxicados FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
