Marco Ekain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Macias having to interfere. Emiliano Ignado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Spam Futbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ezequiel Perico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ezequiel Perico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Spam Futbol Club's Leonel Macias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Ekain in the 52nd minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Marco Ekain recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leonel Macias. Marco Ekain showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Marco Ekain received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leonel Macias came out and tried to block the shot, but Marco Ekain slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 60th minute. In the 65th minute, boca juniors's Ezequiel Perico dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Spam Futbol Club's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marco Ekain 71 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-6. Spam Futbol Club's Leonel Macias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Spam Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. 77 minutes into the match, Ezequiel Perico notched a goal, 1-7, to the right of Spam Futbol Club's Leonel Macias. Leonel Macias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 82nd minute, boca juniors's Julio Marquez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Leonel Macias. Leonel Macias yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8. With a little luck, Spam Futbol Club's Leonel Macias got control of the ball when Julio Marquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonel Macias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Ekain in the 91st minute of the match.
