Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fausto Errando got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Huaco booed when La Parca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Herena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mircea Mândru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Hustaz having to interfere. Laureano Hustaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tauno Mäntylä, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mircea Mândru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Errando scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Vítor do Valle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Laureano Hustaz was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Mircea Mândru capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mircea Mândru really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. When Mircea Mândru came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Huaco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mircea Mândru couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Huaco's Mircea Mândru slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Laureano Hustaz. That made the score 2-1 after 26 minutes of play. Tauno Mäntylä received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Laureano Hustaz came out and tried to block the shot, but Tauno Mäntylä slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 29th minute. Fausto Errando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. José Vítor do Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With 38 minutes on the clock, Higinio Eneas commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, La Parca FC's Higinio Eneas got a free kick in the 39th minute. Nicanor Neto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laureano Hustaz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Huaco's Tauno Mäntylä got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 56 minutes, José Vítor do Valle successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Mircea Mândru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ambrosio Gotzon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. José Vítor do Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horacio Tab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
