In the 9th minute Jeremias Blasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ture Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Mala Junta's Felix Frasco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gaston Intxixu. That made the score 1-1 after 14 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Mala Junta's Felix Frasco got a free kick in the 17th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Mala Junta's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Florin came free, but Ture Eliasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeronimo Florin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ture Eliasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomas Epping took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gaston Intxixu. GAROMPAS FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Felix Frasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Gaston Intxixu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, GAROMPAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Alfors came free, but Gaston Intxixu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in GAROMPAS FC's zone, Felix Frasco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaston Intxixu came out of the goal and Felix Frasco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ture Eliasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Olentzaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Isidoro Jakes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute Ivan Olentzaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ture Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, GAROMPAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Alfors came free, but Gaston Intxixu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Thomas Epping hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 54th match minute, Mala Junta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Frasco to maneuver through the defense. Fabricio Beila hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Silverio Cordera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of GAROMPAS FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mala Junta:s goal. Mala Junta's Ture Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Hitz in the 69th minute of play. After 70 played minutes Mala Junta got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Matxin. Ivan Olentzaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Ture Eliasson made a huge save. 73 minutes into the match, Federico Hitz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ture Eliasson. Mala Junta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Federico Hitz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. If Jeronimo Florin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Olentzaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ture Eliasson having to interfere. In the 82nd minute of the match, Federico Hitz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ture Eliasson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With an all-out effort, GAROMPAS FC's Ture Eliasson threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jeronimo Florin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ture Eliasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Olentzaro in the 84th minute of the match. In the 85th minute Ivan Olentzaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ture Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ture Eliasson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeronimo Florin's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Gaston Intxixu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Alfors in the 95th minute of play. After 98 played minutes Mala Junta got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Matxin. Despite being the better team, GAROMPAS FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
