After 15 played minutes TORQUAY got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Michael. Luisito Gregory showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Mosen in the 16th minute of the match. Luisito Gregory made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Mosen in the 20th minute of play. Rafael Mosen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Luisito Gregory tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Rafael Mosen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luisito Gregory. TORQUAY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafael Mosen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Higinio Duarte's late challenge caught a Carmen FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Higinio Duarte helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th match minute, TORQUAY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Duarte to maneuver through the defense. Ariel Kaiet, 38 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaston Lore stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in TORQUAY's zone, Higinio Mantzio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luisito Gregory came out of the goal and Higinio Mantzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Higinio Mantzios short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Luisito Gregory to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Rafael Mosen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 played minutes TORQUAY got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Lore. Rafael Mosen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisito Gregory having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Mosen in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luisito Gregory prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, TORQUAY's Gaston Lore got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Danilo Heli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Luisito Gregory made a huge save. Luisito Gregory was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rafael Mosen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 76 minute of play. With his leg Luisito Gregory managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Carmen FC's Danilo Heli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 97th minute, Rafael Mosen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carmen FC played a much better game than TORQUAY and deserved their victory. The TORQUAY players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
