An unexpectedly hard shot by 巩坤鹰 in the 20th minute of play forced f c gimnasia's goalkeeper Conrado Urtun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Cipoletti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anastasio Matthew came free, but Juan Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 50th minute, Anastasio Matthew hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conrado Urtun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 巩坤鹰 went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 59 minutes of play, Cipoletti FC's Isidro Elivareo made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conrado Urtun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cipoletti FC made a substitution. Ovidio Rocio replaced Victoriano Theodore. Leandro Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Berger having to interfere. Cipoletti FC's Enzo Guillelmo was substituted for Isidro Elivareo. f c gimnasia's Evaristo Havier was substituted for Domingos Acevedo. In the 85th minute, Leandro Barros fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Juan Berger, passed just outside the right post. Genaro Mikelats charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Genaro Mikelats the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
