Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Haroldo Bazkoare kicked off to start the match. The Hualfín fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nemesio Salbatore should have stopped the shot. In the 24th minute Teodoro Fidele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Ihazintu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teodoro Fidele to strike the kick off in the second half. Gregorio Colon charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Fidele couldn't finish the play. If Haroldo Bazkoare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haroldo Bazkoare kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Hualfín's Teodoro Fidele dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. A collision led to Hualfín getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Zeledon Rozarius hit a great ball. Hualfín's Nemesio Salbatore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Mateo in the 85th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Osvaldo Oxarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hualfín's supporters rose to their feet, but Osvaldo Oxarra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leandro Ihazintu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Osvaldo Oxarra struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Leandro Ihazintu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hualfín. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Ostendi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hualfín:s goal. In the 100th minute, Teodoro Fidele fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Leandro Ihazintu, passed just outside the right post. Osvaldo Oxarra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 100thth minute tested the skills of Leandro Ihazintu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. For all the effort they put into the match, the Hualfín players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ostendi.
