He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Marucho reached it. When Denis Shtyrev fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marucho's protests and gave Denis Shtyrev a yellow card for diving instead. Denis Shtyrev hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Joaquin Juvenal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Bikendi having to interfere. In the 48thth minute of the game Nunez Benat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LA QUEMA's Virgilio Bikendi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Conrado Gelacio to strike the kick off in the second half. Virgilio Bikendi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nunez Benat's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Nunez Benat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Virgilio Bikendi made a huge save. Nunez Benat's late challenge caught a LA QUEMA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nunez Benat helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st minute, Nunez Benat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The LA QUEMA players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
