Spectators: 6625 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1625, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Prudencio Mundo took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute Genaro Hegoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Egun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Liniers FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Rolando Ortzi hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolas Ioritz got free with Denis Eztebe in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 10 played minutes EVERTON got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Celio. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Prudencio Mundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liniers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudencio Mundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Eztebe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the EVERTON defense, Prudencio Mundo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Denis Eztebe. The EVERTON fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denis Eztebe should have stopped the shot. Genaro Hegoi struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Clodoveo Egun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for EVERTON. If Prudencio Mundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Cristofor in the 27th minute of play forced EVERTON's goalkeeper Denis Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, EVERTON's Lucas Medardo got a free kick in the 36th minute. Prudencio Mundo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Denis Eztebe made a huge save. Clodoveo Egun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genaro Hegoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the game, EVERTON's Genaro Hegoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clodoveo Egun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Genaro Hegoi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Prudencio Mundo made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. EVERTON's Denis Eztebe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 59 minutes into the match, EVERTON's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Cristofor came free, but Denis Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Prudencio Mundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Mundo in the 64th minute of play forced EVERTON's goalkeeper Denis Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66thth minute of the game Prudencio Mundo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EVERTON's Denis Eztebe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to EVERTON getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Erasmo Etxatxu hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Nicolas Ioritz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liniers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Ioritz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Eztebe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Severo Cristofor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Denis Eztebe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in EVERTON's zone, Severo Cristofor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denis Eztebe came out of the goal and Severo Cristofor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute Liniers FC were awarded a corner. Sixto Sein went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Nicolas Ioritz managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Liniers FC's Severo Cristofor got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Prudencio Mundo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liniers FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Liniers FC fully deserved thier win.
