Hilario Azibar charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hilario Azibar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 played minutes Liniers FC got a freekick which was hit by Hilario Azibar. When Niceto Santana fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored dios salve a la reina's protests and gave Niceto Santana a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th match minute, dios salve a la reina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Santana to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Liniers FC's Christian Tavio threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Prudencio Mundo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 10 minutes dios salve a la reina's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sixto Sein who took care of the corner kick. Reynaldo Haritzeder took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clodoveo Egun. Clodoveo Egun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Clodoveo Egun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Haritzeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 18th match minute, Liniers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krikorian Herrera to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute Prudencio Mundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Tavio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, dios salve a la reina's Reynaldo Haritzeder got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Prudencio Mundo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Prudencio Mundo to strike the kick off in the second half. dios salve a la reina's Christian Tavio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Mundo in the 55th minute of play. After 60 played minutes Liniers FC got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Ortzi. Reynaldo Haritzeder was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 63rd minute. dios salve a la reina's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Christian Tavio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Ioritz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Casimiro Bembe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute Prudencio Mundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Tavio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Prudencio Mundo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christian Tavio was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prudencio Mundo in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christian Tavio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81st match minute, Liniers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudencio Mundo to maneuver through the defense. Damaso Aragones kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusebio Chepe got free with Clodoveo Egun in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Reynaldo Haritzeder had several of the Liniers FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 87 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Clodoveo Egun as he didn't even see the shot coming. Clodoveo Egun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Haritzeder in the 92nd minute of play. Clodoveo Egun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niceto Santana in the 95th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched dios salve a la reina eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
