Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lugano AFC's Ivan Jeraldo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Severo Fernado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Urtsin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Lugano AFC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Florencio Ospetsu hit a great ball. In the 6th minute, Faustino Faron sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Lugano AFC's Severo Fernado didn't even have to move. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Saturnino Seguinus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Usno's supporters rose to their feet, but Saturnino Seguinus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severo Fernado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Usno's Ernesto Urtsin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Severo Fernado. That made the score 2-0 after 39 minutes of play. Ernesto Urtsin got in the 45th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Severo Fernado handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Ivan Jeraldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernesto Urtsin made a kick off.
