Spectators: 7055 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 143) Alberto Lain started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The crowd rose to their feet as Alvaro Pietrini kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eustacio Karmel. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cañada's Ermegildo Eguen got a free kick in the 7th minute. A hard shot 10 in the game by Pedro Luiz Bueno from a close distance when the talented Eustacio Karmel managed to make a qualified save. Cañada's players were relieved. Alvaro Pietrini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Karmel having to interfere. After 21 played minutes NIUPI FC got a freekick which was hit by Mai Lou. 24 minutes into the match, Pedro Luiz Bueno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eustacio Karmel. Cañada's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedro Luiz Bueno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. NIUPI FC's Mai Lou got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 28 minutes, Generoso Nisio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cañada and the NIUPI FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. With his leg Eustacio Karmel managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when NIUPI FC's Pedro Luiz Bueno fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alvaro Pietrini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A well placed Pedro Luiz Bueno short distance shot in the 36th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. 40 minutes into the match, Cañada's goalkeeper Eustacio Karmel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvaro Pietrini. In the 46th minute, Ermegildo Eguen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cañada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Luiz Bueno made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Luiz Bueno in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eustacio Karmel saved Cañada from getting behind. Alberto Lain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Pedro Luiz Bueno came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the NIUPI FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Luiz Bueno couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luiz Bueno in the 76th minute of play forced Cañada's goalkeeper Eustacio Karmel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Luiz Bueno struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Eustacio Karmel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NIUPI FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Luiz Bueno in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eustacio Karmel saved Cañada from getting behind. 80 minutes into the match, Pedro Luiz Bueno notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Cañada's Eustacio Karmel. Eustacio Karmel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Pedro Luiz Bueno sped through Cañada's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eustacio Karmel. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Bernabe Luzaide managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cañada's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernabe Luzaide was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilfredo Demesio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. NIUPI FC fully deserved thier win.
