Elvio Berto was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 20 minutes into the match. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Zeko FC! Vinicio Pio was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Armin Arler capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Armin Arler really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Gregorio Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th match minute, NIUPI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Norino to maneuver through the defense. Armin Arler's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vinicio Pio firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 44th match minute, NIUPI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Mincho to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th match minute, NIUPI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armin Arler to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gregorio Alfonso made a kick off. If Armin Arler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. Zeko FC's Vinicio Pio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armin Arler in the 65th minute of play. Gregorio Alfonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Wilfredo Demesio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of NIUPI FC booed when Zeko FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Leoncio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilano Leoncio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Wilfredo Demesio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvaro Pietrini spun around in front of the goal 78 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Zeko FC's goal. NIUPI FC's Pedro Luiz Bueno was substituted for Guillermo Jerrold. 81 minutes into the match, Zeko FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armin Arler came free, but Vinicio Pio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 82 minutes, Armin Arler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NIUPI FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armin Arler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Armin Arler managed to get in a good position for a shot. NIUPI FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Armin Arler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vinicio Pio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 88th minute, Armin Arler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinicio Pio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Gregorio Alfonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfredo Demesio having to interfere. Vinicio Pio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alvaro Pietrini went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. NIUPI FC fully deserved thier win.
