Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benigno Mogel in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enzo Ondino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Devoto's Ovidio Argoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Clementi in the 8th minute of play. Fazıl Hüsnü Kabak kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Devoto's Marcelino Suero broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benigno Mogel in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enzo Ondino saved EL CICLON from getting behind. Maxime Feys came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Enzo Ondino could save by the left post. 22 minutes into the match, Devoto's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Clementi came free, but Ovidio Argoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Maxime Feys got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Devoto getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Fazıl Hüsnü Kabak hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Devoto's zone, Isidoro Loco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidio Argoitz came out of the goal and Isidoro Loco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oscar Lehen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Ovidio Argoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benigno Mogel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Ondino having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isidoro Loco to make the kick off. Niceto Laffitte hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Romeo Locaio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ovidio Argoitz having to make a save. Andres Otsoko charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andres Otsoko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Devoto getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Andres Otsoko hit a great ball. The supporters of EL CICLON booed when Devoto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fazıl Hüsnü Kabak didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidoro Loco in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ovidio Argoitz saved Devoto from getting behind. Enzo Ondino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Mogel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the match, Devoto's goalkeeper Ovidio Argoitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Loco. Fazıl Hüsnü Kabak hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Ovidio Argoitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidoro Loco in the 73rd minute. With a little luck, Devoto's Ovidio Argoitz got control of the ball when Isidoro Loco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ovidio Argoitz made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Isidoro Loco sent off a good shot on target. The EL CICLON fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when EL CICLON's Isidoro Loco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
