Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Eriberto Machado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cirilo Burutzagi was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. After 5 minutes, Vinicio Caetano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La-Sociedad.F.C and the Castaño players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Castaño booed when La-Sociedad.F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Caetano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cirilo Burutzagi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Serafin Hug in the 9th minute. Cirilo Burutzagi made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Serafin Hug sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind La-Sociedad.F.C's goalkeeper Cirilo Burutzagi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Angelino Botello kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Cosme Francis notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Castaño's Florencio Tavio. Florencio Tavio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cirilo Burutzagi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the game, Serafin Hug cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Cirilo Burutzagi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Serafin Hug fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Burutzagi having to interfere. Cirilo Burutzagi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Machado in the 39th minute of play. Eriberto Machado might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cirilo Burutzagi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eriberto Machado ran back to his position shaking his head. 44 minutes into the match, Castaño's goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Francis came free, but Florencio Tavio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isaias Orlanda made a kick off. Eriberto Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th match minute, Castaño was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Florinio to maneuver through the defense. Isaias Orlanda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Florencio Tavio having to make a save. Eriberto Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Burutzagi having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eriberto Machado in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cirilo Burutzagi saved La-Sociedad.F.C from getting behind. In the 66th minute Eriberto Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Burutzagi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eriberto Machado in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cirilo Burutzagi saved La-Sociedad.F.C from getting behind. If Eriberto Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute Eriberto Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Burutzagi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eriberto Machado struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Cirilo Burutzagi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castaño. Cirilo Burutzagi came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Castaño's Serafin Hug. But to his dismay, Serafin Hug quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. A collision led to Castaño getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Silvio Maldonado hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Nereo Vela sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Castaño's Florencio Tavio didn't even have to move. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serafin Hug in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cirilo Burutzagi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Castaño booed when La-Sociedad.F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosme Francis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florencio Tavio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Orlanda in the 93rd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Castaño fans cheered their team off the field, for while La-Sociedad.F.C had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
