Silvio Monico's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Artemio Gentza firmly grabbed it by the left post. Saturnino Canor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lourenço Brito's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Saturnino Canor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Chico, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Silverio Adrio charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silverio Adrio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Quequén AFC booed when Manantiales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Adrio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saturnino Canor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lourenço Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Lourenço Brito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Saturnino Canor was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 16thth minute of the game Lourenço Brito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manantiales's Saturnino Canor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Patricio Salbatore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvio Monico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Artemio Gentza made a huge save. Lourenço Brito scored 0-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Saturnino Canor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Manantiales's Saturnino Canor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lourenço Brito in the 26th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lourenço Brito in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saturnino Canor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 34thth minute of the game Lourenço Brito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manantiales's Saturnino Canor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lourenço Brito made a kick off. Patricio Salbatore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saturnino Canor having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Manantiales's goalkeeper Saturnino Canor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfonso Chico. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Chico in the 55th minute of play forced Manantiales's goalkeeper Saturnino Canor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artemio Gentza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Saturnin, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Saturnino Canor was a little too slow when Alfonso Chico got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-2. Artemio Gentza came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Manantiales's Vladimiro Herauso. But to his dismay, Vladimiro Herauso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. If Lourenço Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 1-3 became the score in the 73rd minute when Lourenço Brito elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, Quequén AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Herauso came free, but Artemio Gentza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernan Cordearo hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 80thth minute of the game Lourenço Brito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manantiales's Saturnino Canor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Manantiales's goal looked a bit too open when Lourenço Brito came free, but Saturnino Canor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Chico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quequén AFC played a much better game than Manantiales and deserved their victory. The Manantiales players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
