Atenea FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Florinio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Americo Chesus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Huanqueros FC's Americo Chesus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Rojelio in the 11th minute of play. Atenea FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Camilo Casomiro in the 13th minute. When Atenea FC's Manuel Rosalio in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Godfredo Rojelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Chesus having to interfere. In the 25th minute Godfredo Rojelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Chesus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arturo Florinio in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Americo Chesus saved Huanqueros FC from getting behind. Dionisio Martxel hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the game, Atenea FC's Arturo Florinio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Americo Chesus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Huanqueros FC's Gilberto Miro got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Arturo Florinio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tiburcio Henrico to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Tiburcio Henrico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicasio Diagur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arturo Florinio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Huanqueros FC's Americo Chesus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Huanqueros FC from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Americo Chesus successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arturo Florinio in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Americo Chesus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Godfredo Rojelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Americo Chesus was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arturo Florinio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 72 minute of play. In the 76th minute, Arturo Florinio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Americo Chesus, passed just outside the right post. After a rather tough play, Huanqueros FC's Domingo Abilio got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Atenea FC's Arturo Florinio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. 0-6 became the score in the 89th minute when Arturo Florinio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Atenea FC played a much better game than Huanqueros FC and deserved their victory. The Huanqueros FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
