Eulalio Egun made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Guaberto Lia sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Benitez in the 18th minute of play forced Estrella Suiza's goalkeeper Roque Izel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roque Izel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Benitez in the 23rd minute of play. In the 27th match minute, hangar A.F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Gilen to maneuver through the defense. Claudio Valerio kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guaberto Lia to make the kick off. In the 62nd minute Roque Theodore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Izel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Eguen's late challenge caught a hangar A.F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Eguen helped the player get up and apologised. Jonathan Eguen hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match.
