In the 13th minute, Baldomero Jordy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chimenea AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 18th minute, Hector Romildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Gartzen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Abalos in the 20th minute of play. Jonathan Gartzen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Abalos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Gartzen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generoso Lucado, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 25 played minutes Barracas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Gizon. Baldomero Jordy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Gartzen having to make a save. In the 39th minute Delmiro Gregory shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Gartzen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Barracas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Abalos came free, but Jonathan Gartzen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 minutes, Isaias Erramu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barracas AFC and the Chimenea AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Isaias Erramu hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Jeremias Abalos made the kick off in the second half. Sergio Montel kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Jonathan Gartzen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benigno Dolfo's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes in the game, Hector Romildo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jonathan Gartzen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Jordy in the 57th minute of play forced Barracas AFC's goalkeeper Jonathan Gartzen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Baldomero Jordy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gualterio Luix hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Isaias Erramu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santo Erruki having to make a save. In the 66th minute Delmiro Gregory shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Gartzen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremias Abalos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Gregory in the 69th minute of play forced Barracas AFC's goalkeeper Jonathan Gartzen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Jonathan Gartzen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Barracas AFC's Jonathan Gartzen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmiro Gregory in the 76th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Delmiro Gregory recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Gartzen. The crowd rose to their feet as Baldomero Jordy kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Gartzen. That made the score 1-5 in the 89 minute of play. Sergio Montel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Santo Erruki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Barracas AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chimenea AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
