Timoteo Shantala started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes into the match, Canalla's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Matai came free, but Amador Rafel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonel Martxot hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Canalla defense, Santo Ekaitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amador Rafel. The Canalla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amador Rafel should have stopped the shot. Augusto Quinten kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Alvaro Teodor kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Santo Ekaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Rafel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Canalla getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Eriberto Regis hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Enaut in the 20th minute of play forced Canalla's goalkeeper Amador Rafel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Teodor hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Canalla's Amador Rafel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Enaut in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to Florida getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Erasmo Bazil hit a great ball. In the 29th minute Narciso Lizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Huly saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amador Rafel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Americo Salvadore went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Amador Rafel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Ekaitz in the 38th minute of play. Nestor Huly came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Canalla's Victorio Monte. But to his dismay, Victorio Monte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 43 minutes into the match, Canalla's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Ekaitz came free, but Amador Rafel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amador Rafel came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Florida's Edelmiro Chesus. But to his dismay, Edelmiro Chesus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Santo Ekaitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match Aquilino Mendez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amador Rafel skillfully saved the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Hector Enaut had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amador Rafel. Canalla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hector Enaut was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Guaberto Rico hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Amador Rafel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santo Ekaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Amador Rafel made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Santo Ekaitz sent off a good shot on target. Amador Rafel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Enaut in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of Florida booed when Canalla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulises Chap didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santo Ekaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Amador Rafel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 77 minutes of play, Florida's Hector Enaut made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amador Rafel was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Geronimo Matai kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Amador Rafel. That made the score 1-8 in the 84 minute of play. A hard shot 91 in the game by Santo Ekaitz from a close distance when the talented Amador Rafel managed to make a qualified save. Canalla's players were relieved. Amador Rafel was a little too slow when Edelmiro Chesus got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 1-9. Florida played a much better game than Canalla and deserved their victory. The Canalla players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
