Paulo Abad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Justino Adrio went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Savion in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eleuterio Baumer saved Deportivo Payaso Unido from getting behind. Pablo Quinton charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pablo Quinton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Corolina booed when Deportivo Payaso Unido was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Quinton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eleuterio Baumer came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Corolina's Cirilo Cordarell. But to his dismay, Cirilo Cordarell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Cristian Savion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Baumer having to interfere. After 32 played minutes Deportivo Payaso Unido got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Quinton. The audience was convinced that Cristian Savion's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eleuterio Baumer was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Severiano Herauso struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Eleuterio Baumer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corolina. Eleuterio Baumer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Savion in the 36th minute of play. After 43 played minutes Deportivo Payaso Unido got a freekick which was hit by Justino Adrio. Cristian Savion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Eleuterio Baumer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emilio Igon to strike the kick off in the second half. Severiano Herauso kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Luisito Ipar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Eleuterio Baumer made a huge save. Arnoldo Ritchie struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Eleuterio Baumer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corolina. With 75 minutes on the clock, Americo Martxelin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 74th minute, one of Corolina:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Corolina. The referee gave Deportivo Payaso Unido a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aureliano Gorka, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Corolina's Paulo Abad. 3-2. After 80 played minutes Deportivo Payaso Unido got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Igon. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Cristian Savion took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Eleuterio Baumer to make any attempt to save it. If Cristian Savion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Abad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Adrio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Despite being the better team, Corolina failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
