Spectators: 6670 (Terracing: 5020, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. David Lartaun started the match with the kick off. 9 minutes into the game, Joel Etxekopar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Alfonso Arixo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 15th minute, Joel Etxekopar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Etxekopar in the 19th minute of play forced Constitución FC's goalkeeper Alfonso Arixo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 played minutes Constitución FC got a freekick which was hit by Genaro Cidro. When Saverio Dei fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Constitución FC's protests and gave Saverio Dei a yellow card for diving instead. Saverio Dei hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. A collision led to Achikoria getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Rodrigo Jakue hit a great ball. When Joel Etxekopar came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Achikoria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Etxekopar couldn't finish the play. Rodrigo Jakue recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 39 minutes of play, Achikoria's Joel Etxekopar made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfonso Arixo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Constitución FC's David Lartaun got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Constitución FC's Alfonso Arixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Katia in the 44th minute of play. Rodrigo Jakue's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfonso Arixo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Renaldo Stacy struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Alfonso Arixo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Achikoria.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Etxekopar was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Saul Katia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Achikoria's supporters rose to their feet, but Saul Katia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Arixo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfonso Arixo was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Renaldo Stacy capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Renaldo Stacy really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. When Augusto Santo fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Achikoria's protests and gave Augusto Santo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Constitución FC booed when Achikoria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Santo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Lorencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Arixo having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Joel Etxekopar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Achikoria's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Etxekopar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonso Arixo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfonso Arixo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saul Katia in the 82nd minute. Alfonso Arixo was a little too slow when Joel Etxekopar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 0-4. If Martin Tabb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Etxekopar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfonso Arixo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play.
