Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ulises Santos kicked off to start the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Puyel's Ulises Santos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mario Mosen. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Guaberto Beltza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Mario Mosen made a huge save. 9 minutes into the match, Uriel Juvenal notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Puyel's Apolo Odon. Apolo Odon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 14 played minutes Ulises Santos rounded Mailín FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. With his leg Mario Mosen managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Puyel's Guaberto Beltza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mailín FC's Mario Mosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Santos in the 20th minute of play. Guaberto Beltza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Mario Mosen made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Epifanio Leobardo during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th minute, Epifanio Leobardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, Puyel's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Urtzi came free, but Apolo Odon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Uriel Juvenal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Odon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Puyel getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Eriberto Jerardo hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Filiberto Frichoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Apolo Odon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uriel Juvenal in the 37th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Uriel Juvenal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Apolo Odon was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Mailín FC's zone, Guaberto Beltza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mario Mosen came out of the goal and Guaberto Beltza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 41 played minutes Mailín FC got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Arnau. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Santos in the 42nd minute of play forced Mailín FC's goalkeeper Mario Mosen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Urtzi in the 46th minute of play forced Puyel's goalkeeper Apolo Odon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Narciso Urtzi made a kick off. After recieving a nice pass, Puyel's Epifanio Leobardo tried to score from far away in the 54th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Guaberto Beltza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Mosen having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulises Santos in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mario Mosen saved Mailín FC from getting behind. In the 75th minute Guaberto Beltza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Mosen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narciso Urtzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Apolo Odon having to make a save. Mario Mosen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Beltza in the 85th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Puyel's Eriberto Jerardo got a free kick in the 89th minute. Uriel Juvenal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Apolo Odon made a huge save. 96 minutes into the match, Puyel's Ulises Santos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mario Mosen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Puyel players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
