Spectators: 6620 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 20) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Ignacio Nayely managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mukenio's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignacio Nayely was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciriaco Sabin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee gave Mukenio a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Vicente Cerilo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Xeneises's Ciriaco Sabin. 1-0. Sebastian Hernando who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Ciriaco Sabin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 27 minutes, Sebastian Hernando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mukenio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Hernando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ivan Sal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Zeledon Mazuste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuel Txartiko kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Mukenio's Vicente Cerilo tried to score from far away in the 33rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Pastor Serafo charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pastor Serafo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mukenio getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Pastor Serafo hit a great ball. Ivan Sal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zeledon Mazuste read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Ignacio Nayely struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Ciriaco Sabin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mukenio. Natalio Uxio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Zeledon Mazuste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivan Sal was the one to do the kick off. Sebastian Hernando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Sabin having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Sal got free with Zeledon Mazuste in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Natalio Uxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 74 played minutes Xeneises got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Panpili. Ivan Sal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Zeledon Mazuste when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Zeledon Mazuste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godofredo Bero, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 84th minute Sebastian Hernando suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Emanuel Txartiko charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emanuel Txartiko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 83 minutes into the game, one of Xeneises:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mukenio's Zeledon Mazuste proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Mukenio from getting a goal against them. Mukenio's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
