The supporters of Madero City booed when Simbolar AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cecilio Jurdan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Madero City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urbano Savier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcial Olayo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustavo Jenaro's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Eriberto Bidun got a throw-in 75 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Adrian Nevada. Blas Miro kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The referee ignored Simbolar AFC's protests and gave Jacobo Llin a yellow card for diving instead. Simbolar AFC's Niceto Salvator proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Simbolar AFC from getting a goal against them. Gustavo Jenaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Olayo having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Cecilio Jurdan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcial Olayo. Madero City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cecilio Jurdan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
