Pascual Evangelista made in the 19th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Navia's Eleuterio Omero. In the 24th minute, Enes Sebati hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 27 minutes old school Football Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gabriel Jerano who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Navia's Gabriel Jerano to fire away a dangerous shot which Leon Ixidor despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Adolfo Sotil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Enes Sebati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Navia's Federico Bento got a free kick in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Enes Sebati had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leon Ixidor. old school Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enes Sebati was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Leon Ixidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enes Sebati in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The wind increased when Gogo Sengrat made the kick off in the second half. Navia's Virgilio Oro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard de Jong in the 52nd minute of play. Gogo Sengrat struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Virgilio Oro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for old school Football Club. In the 64th minute of the match Navia got a corner. old school Football Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Enes Sebati took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Leon Ixidor to make any attempt to save it. 76 minutes into the match, Navia's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Sengrat came free, but Virgilio Oro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Sotil in the 80th minute of play forced Navia's goalkeeper Virgilio Oro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 played minutes Navia got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Ihazintu. Adolfo Sotil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leon Ixidor came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Navia's Enes Sebati. But to his dismay, Enes Sebati quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. In the 93rd match minute, Navia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Ihazintu to maneuver through the defense.
