Spectators: 7157 (Terracing: 5369, Seating: 1646, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ivan Silvino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 22 played minutes Saint Seiya F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Sidro. In the 24th minute Julio Curcio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Silvino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteban Cordearo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Silvino having to interfere. After some careless play in the Facundo FC defense, Gaspar Sidro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivan Silvino. The Facundo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivan Silvino should have stopped the shot. Ivan Silvino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidio Cambranes in the 35th minute of the match. If Ovidio Cambranes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Facundo FC's Ivan Silvino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Cordearo in the 38th minute of play. Julio Curcio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Ovidio Cambranes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivan Silvino was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Victorino Ciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Ireno, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Horacio Ireno made a kick off. Victorino Ciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteban Cordearo got free with Ivan Silvino in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ivan Silvino was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Julio Curcio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julio Curcio really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Ovidio Cambranes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ivan Silvino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saint Seiya F.C.'s Luis Grabiel got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ovidio Cambranes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Saint Seiya F.C. getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Gaspar Sidro hit a great ball. The Facundo FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Saint Seiya F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
